Job summary

The Judge Group seeks a Nice Actimise Business Systems Analyst to lead AML/Regulatory reporting initiatives in a Mount Laurel, NJ environment. The role focuses on Actimise CTR implementations, workflow design, and requirement elicitation across Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams.

You will analyze CTR processes, configure Actimise components, and ensure correct data mappings, testing, and production deployment. Strong documentation and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in AML and Financial Crime Compliance solutions.
• Deep understanding of CTR lifecycle, regulatory reporting, and BSA/FinCEN requirements.
• Experience with Actimise CTR, ActOne, AIS platforms and related workflows.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business, functional, regulatory requirements for Actimise CTR implementations.
• Conduct workshops with Compliance, Operations, and Technology to define scope.
• Produce BRDs, FSDs, User Stories, DRDs and process flows.
• Translate regulatory requirements into functional specifications for Actimise CTR capabilities.
• Manage traceability from requirements through design, testing, and production deployment.
• Review CTR processes, aggregation, validation, e-filing and reporting workflows.
