Job summary

Tiger Analytics, a leader in advanced analytics, seeks a senior business consultant specializing in Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) to bridge compliance, risk, and IT teams. The role requires deep AML lifecycle knowledge and the ability to translate regulations into operational monitoring settings.

You will guide data modeling, data discovery, and vendor evaluations while leading test plans and UAT to ensure robust alerting and compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience as a Business Analyst in Banking/Financial domain.
• 3-7+ years experience in AML/FCC/KYC for a domain-heavy role.
• Ability to think from client’s business standpoint aligning programs to business outcomes.
• Proactively able to think through modernization implications.
• Working familiarity with Excel, SQL, BI/visualization tools and/or Python.
• Excellent communicator with multiple stakeholders and drive for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with compliance teams and risk leads to define monitoring scopes and workflows.
• Map source data fields to AML monitoring or screening engines; identify missing/corrupt data for alerts.
• Translate regulatory rules into transaction monitoring parameters and typology thresholds.
• Build test plans and manage UAT with business stakeholders to validate monitoring scenarios.
• Answer functional questions during build; document constraints and manage scope throughout the project.
