THE JOB:
Join the team that plays a critical role in protecting the integrity of MGM Resorts International. As a AML Analyst , you’ll serve as a trusted resource in supporting Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance efforts—ensuring our properties meet the highest legal and regulatory standards.

THE STARTING RATE: $25.76 per hour.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Conducting AML-focused investigations to assess customer behavior and identify potential red flags.

Reviewing negative news, criminal records, and public data sources to support source of funds and AML reviews.

Drafting clear and concise Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) for submission to regulatory bodies.

Validating business and property ownership to determine legitimacy of funds.

Collaborating with marketing executives and operational teams to collect and clarify information.

Staying current on AML regulations (Title 31, BSA/OFAC) and ensuring full compliance with internal policies.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

2+ years prior relevant experience.

Prior experience in a gaming or casino environment preferred.

Proven analytical and research skills with the ability to evaluate complex data.

Ability to work independently while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a comfort level with learning new systems quickly.
