Job Summary: Your Role as a Comprehensive Care Professional

We're looking for experienced, compassionate, and committed Full-Time Caregivers to join our professional team. In this rewarding career role, you will provide comprehensive daily care and support. Key Responsibilities: What You Will Do
  • Comprehensive Personal Care: Provide complete assistance with activities of daily living. Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting with dignity. Moreover, support mobility, transfers, and positioning safely.
  • Health Monitoring and Support: You will monitor vital signs and health status as directed. This means observing changes and reporting concerns promptly. Also, you will assist with prescribed exercises and therapies.
  • Medication Management: You will provide medication reminders and assistance as authorized. For instance, you will maintain accurate medication logs. You will also coordinate with healthcare providers regarding medication concerns.
  • Nutritional Support: Plan and prepare balanced meals according to dietary requirements. This means shopping for groceries and maintaining proper nutrition. Assist with feeding when necessary.
  • Household Management: Maintain clean, safe, and organized living environments. For example, perform light housekeeping, laundry, and home organization. Ensure accessibility and fall prevention measures.
  • Transportation and Errands: Carefully provide safe transportation to medical appointments and social activities. This covers running errands and assisting with community integration. It also includes accompanying clients to important activities.
  • Care Plan Implementation: Actively follow individualized care plans and treatment protocols. Document care provided and client responses accurately. Also, participate in care plan reviews and updates.
  • Family Communication: Maintain regular communication with families and care coordinators. Always provide updates on client status and care needs. Build trusting relationships with all stakeholders.
Qualifications: What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. CNA, HCA, or equivalent certification preferred. Previous full-time caregiving experience strongly preferred.
  • You have extensive experience in personal care and health support. You can also handle complex care needs confidently. This role requires advanced caregiving skills and judgment.
  • You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Also, strong emotional intelligence and empathy are essential. You are professional, mature, and trustworthy.
  • You have full-time availability including flexible scheduling as needed. Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
  • You can lift up to 50 pounds and provide extensive physical assistance. And you can work in various home environments with adaptability.
  • Good documentation skills and familiarity with care planning processes are important.
