Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with two years in utility operations, metering, dispatch, customer service, or related fields.
• Associate degree in Engineering Technology, GIS, Information Systems, Computer Science, Utility Operations, Business Administration, or related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain utility technology systems including AMI and dispatch software.
• Review data for accuracy and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Assist with meter investigations, testing, and customer inquiries.
• Generate reports related to utility operations, metering, outages, and usage.
• Support electric switching operations and safety procedures.
