A leading company in the mortgage sector is seeking a motivated individual to represent Arch Mortgage Funding in the market. The role involves building relationships, educating clients on non-QM products, and supporting growth goals. This individual will be responsible for representing Arch Mortgage Funding (AMF) in the mortgage market territory assigned. They will be prospecting for new customers, maintaining relationships with existing customers, communicating internally and externally, organizing projects, and scheduling events related to customer onboarding and relationship management.
They will execute their duties by seeking out new partnerships, educating the marketplace on AMF non-QM products (DSCR, Bank Statement, Asset Depletion and Full Doc) and services, answering customer questions, redirecting customers to pipeline support resources, following up on service requests and tracking customer activity. This position will also work to support the growth goals assigned and help to identify new products and services AMF can bring to market. This position will also provide ongoing updates to internal stakeholders, update reports, record CRM activity, and handle assignments related to the customer experience as directed by the SVP.
Partner with lenders to build knowledge-driven relationships and ensure that AMF products and services meet their needs. Handle complex customer issues through effective problem solving and negotiation. Collaborate with lenders to increase business volume, understanding operational, training, secondary functions, and risk management issues. Serve as a primary liaison between Arch US MI Account Reps and Arch Mortgage Funding in assigned accounts. Facilitate referrals and business development within the Arch Mortgage teams. Coordinate communication between AMF Transaction Manager, leadership, and lenders to resolve loan issues. Maintain CRM records of account activity as directed by SVP. Conduct daily customer contact via phone, online tools, remote meetings, and in-person business development. Assist in delivering external announcements, AMF presentations, and materials at industry trade shows. Possess strong public and virtual speaking skills. Stay informed about market trends and developments in mortgage lending. Understand the entire mortgage sales cycle from origination to securitization and train others accordingly.
Extensive mortgage expertise, including experience with non-QM secondary relationships. Mastery of selling skills, objection handling, and customer service. Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, VPN, Salesforce, and other web-based tools.
Experience developing and maintaining a non-QM territory, preferably 5+ years with existing contacts to leverage for growth.
Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years’ experience in secondary mortgage sales, marketing, or related fields.
Leadership in non-QM sales, knowledge of non-QM guidelines, and market awareness for competitive growth strategies.
Normal office environment, with accommodations for disabilities. Home-based position with 40-60% travel. Location preferred: East Coast.

Salary range: $121,000 - $181,600, depending on locale and qualifications. Compensation includes base salary plus incentives.
