Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Ten years of experience in quality, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Five years of management experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience as a Plant Manager or equivalent in a complex organization.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.

This on-site leadership role will oversee plant operations with a strong focus on operational excellence, safety, quality, and security. The position will guide a cross-functional team, partner closely with supply chain and functional stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement efforts that strengthen performance and customer value. The role also includes developing strategic plans and budgets that support efficient execution and a positive workplace culture.

Location: Menomonie, WI

Compensation: $250,253 – $305,864 annually
