The Aircraft Cleaner Lead is tasked with overseeing the entire aircraft cleaning operation, including managing teams of cleaning personnel and ensuring adherence to repair station, customer airline and industry standards. This role involves strategic planning and coordination to ensure efficient and thorough aircraft cleaning. The Lead is responsible for compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and must regularly liaise with airline representatives and other stakeholders. Additionally, this position requires managing budgets, ordering supplies, and implementing training programs to maintain high standards of cleanliness and team performance.
