Community Health Center, Inc. is seeking an AmeriCorps Special Events Coordinator to support the Communications Department in Middletown and throughout Connecticut. This is a one-year AmeriCorps term with a $25,000 stipend and an education award upon successful completion.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct monthly patient health education workshops and enter survey data.
• Track and document patient engagement activities in the EHR.
• Maintain the calendar of events across departments, sites, and programs.
• Collaborate with communications to develop content for social media and digital platforms.
• Provide logistical support for event planning: registration, supplies, room reservations.
• Create content for social media and CHC website to promote health education sessions.
• Coordinate AmeriCorps outreach materials distribution.
• Participate in community and internal meetings.
