Job summary

The Moses/Weitzman Health System in Middletown, CT is looking for an AmeriCorps Program Specialist to coordinate member development, support the Program Director, and help design and implement program support elements to achieve grant goals.

You will assist with member recruitment, onboarding, trainings, data collection and reporting, and coordinate meetings and communications with CHC staff and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, health/public admin preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience in health or project support.
• AmeriCorps experience a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ongoing member development and onboarding processes.
• Assist with recruitment, enrollment, and selection data.
• Develop trainings and facilitate learning activities.
• Maintain program materials and data for reporting.
• Support grant development, reporting, and program evaluations.
