Habitat International is seeking a full-time AmeriCorps Construction Crew Leader to guide volunteers and homeowner families in building and repairing homes in Pasadena/Monrovia, CA. Start dates are flexible with projects starting in Sept 2026, and orientations occurring after a 4–6 week processing period.

You will oversee hands-on construction tasks, lead safety-conscious crews, and work Tue–Sat on the build site, with housing and transportation support as part of the AmeriCorps program.

Responsabilidades

• Lead groups of volunteers and homeowners in construction activities.
• Oversee demolition, site prep, framing, insulation, drywall, and roofing.
• Maintain safety by following Habitat construction policies.
• Coordinate tasks Tuesday–Saturday on the build site.
• Support rebuild projects in Altadena and related sites.
• Foster positive experiences for all on site.
