Job summary

Expeditors International in the United States is seeking a Manager, Americas Technology Delivery, to own measurable business and operational outcomes for technology capabilities across Resolution Management, Post Entry Management, and GNS Inbound Workflows.

You will lead modernization efforts, reduce technology complexity, and drive AI-enabled development practices to deliver reliable, scalable solutions with measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience in software engineering, technology delivery, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience delivering and supporting business-critical applications or workflow-based capabilities.
• Experience modernizing applications, managing technical debt and operational risk, and transitioning legacy technologies.
• Experience leading teams across multiple locations or time zones.
• Experience defining and measuring business or operational outcomes delivered through technology.
• Experience leading technology teams, technical initiatives, products, platforms, or services.
• Experience leading delivery of AI or automation capabilities into production.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery outcomes for Americas technology capabilities, ensuring reliable execution and measurable business value.
• Lead a geographically distributed engineering team across countries and time zones.
• Modernize and evolve capabilities while reducing operational friction and complexity.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices and engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, product, security, operations, and infrastructure teams to align priorities.
