• Industry Research Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on subdivided tracks, screen high-quality targets combined with group strategic direction, establish dynamic industry database to provide data support for investment decision-making.
• Investment Full Process Execution: Lead core links such as project valuation modeling, transaction structure design and due diligence, compile professional investment analysis reports to promote efficient project implementation.
• Post-Investment Value Management: Monitor financial performance and strategic synergy effects of invested enterprises, formulate post-investment improvement plans and exit strategies to ensure investment return maximization.
