As the America Sales Director for the Industrial Smart Components (ISC) Business Unit, you will lead a geographically diverse sales organization across North and South America (the Americas region). You will drive regional revenue with emphasis on expanding the RFID tag business through OEMs, VARs, and System Integrator partnerships. ISC, part of HID’s strongly growing Business Area Identification Technologies (IDT), has large potential for both organic growth and growth through acquisitions. Your success will hinge on coaching and developing your team to grow your territory using a mix of direct and indirect sales strategies to expand current accounts, build sales pipelines, and close new businesses.
In this role you will report directly to the ISC Global Sales Director, ensuring strong alignment between regional execution and global strategy ensuring to meet ISC revenue targets. This highly collaborative position demands strong team leadership and managerial skills and excellent communication abilities.
The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range does not account for geographic differentials based on the location where the position may be filled. At HID, it is uncommon for individuals to be hired at or near the top of the range. Final compensation decisions depend on the specific facts and circumstances of each case.
The base salary in the United States is $ 168,000 to $198,000. If a sales role includes: The OTE is up to $330,000 (this figure will be the max potential OTE).
