Morgan Stanley in Dallas is seeking a Director (AVP) in Legal and Compliance to coordinate regulatory exams and continuous monitoring within the Americas Prudential Regulatory Relations Group (ARRG). You will enable process improvement through documentation and technology, including Teams, AI, and OpenPages.
You will work with senior stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate regulator responses, manage meeting materials, create centralized documentation, and drive regulatory technology
We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Director (AVP) in Legal and Compliance to work for the Americas Prudential Regulatory Relations Group (ARRG) by coordinating regulatory exams and continuous monitoring activities and enabling process improvement through documentation and technology (including Teams, AI, and OpenPages).
In the Legal & Compliance division, we assist the Firm in achieving its business objectives by facilitating and overseeing the Firm’s management of legal, regulatory and franchise risk. This is an analyst/associate level position within the Regulatory Relations team.

TX: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $77,000 and $116,750 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
