Job summary

Exxon Mobil Corporation is seeking a Process Integration Lead to establish a disciplined approach to supply chain support across assets with varying maturity and operating models. This role serves as the integrator between site teams and supply chain resources to maximize business value.

You will assess maturity, align stakeholders, and deploy capabilities across the organization, defining scope and scalable models while advancing asset-specific priorities and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7+ years in Supply Chain.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple sites.
• Strong strategic planning, prioritization and stakeholder management.
• Experience implementing operational improvement and change management programs.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

What role you will play on our team

This role serves as the integrator between site teams and supply chain resources, ensuring the right initiatives are prioritized and executed to maximize business value.

What you will do

Provide supply chain support by developing a deep understanding of asset-specific needs, drive stakeholder alignment, and deploy supply chain capabilities efficiently across the organization.

• Assess supply chain maturity, capabilities, processes, systems and organizational needs across multiple assets.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of asset-specific business priorities before committing resources.
• Define scope boundaries and operating models for supply chain support.
• Identify gaps, constraints and opportunities to improve supply chain performance and business outcomes.
• Determine the most effective method for deploying supply chain capabilities, including:
• Leveraging existing supply chain resources
• Developing field-based supply chain capabilities
• Utilizing targeted subject matter expert support
• Design and establish scalable supply chain support models.
• Develop fit-for-purpose supply chain capabilities within field organizations.
• Create repeatable processes that adapt as business needs evolve.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in Supply Chain.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple business units or sites.
• Strong strategic planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience implementing operational improvement and change management programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Pension Plan: Enrollment is automatic and at no cost to you. The basic benefit is a monthly annuity to be paid to you in retirement for the rest of your life.
