Job summary

Linklaters Americas is seeking an PA Supervisor to support the PA function across the Americas. You will work with the PA Team Lead to deliver high-quality, client-focused service in a fast-paced environment, across multiple practice groups.

The role involves line management of PAs, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, and driving continuous improvements in processes and service delivery. The base salary range is substantial, with a requirement to be office-based in New York four

Qualifications

• At least 6 years’ experience working as PA and 3 years’ experience as a supervisor.
• Strong IT literacy including MS Office and Workday.

Responsibilities

• Resource planning across the Americas and allocate support to practice groups.
• Line manage the PA Team Lead and act as escalation point for people-related matters.
• Recruit, onboard and train PAs to ensure capability and development needs are met.
• Contribute to performance management across the PA function, providing guidance and escalating issues when appropriate.
• Oversee salary reviews and performance bonuses with HR involvement.
• Develop and deliver a fit-for-purpose training program with HR and L&D.
