A global leader in instrumentation is seeking a Technical Support and Training Manager to oversee technical support and training teams. This role requires 8+ years of experience and a relevant degree. The successful candidate will implement support strategies and drive service excellence while fostering customer satisfaction. The work model is flexible, with a preference for hybrid or remote arrangements.

This Position reports to: Instrumentation Service Manager, NAM
Your role and responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to adapt and implement support strategy for the designated area in line with the global support strategy. Each day, you will ensure seamless technical and commercial support for internal and external customers. You will also showcase your expertise by creating, implementing, and reviewing support strategy for the designated area based on the overall service business strategy.
The work model for the role is: Remote or Hybrid, but the preferred geographic locations are Houston, TX or Bartlesville, OK near one of our offices.
This role is contributing to the Instrumentation business of Process Automation Measurement Analytics in the Americas. Main stakeholders are the Director of Instrumentation Services Americas, the Director of Instrumentation Sales Americas, and the Global Leadership team of ABB's Instrumentation Business.
