• 5+ years of team management experience.

• Experience managing significant budgets and P&L.
• Experience managing end-to-end tech event experiences in the region.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to drive event marketing worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic design and delivery of AWS's AMER regional events portfolio, aligning programs with objectives.
• Deliver the AMER regional events plan in partnership with regional leaders to ladder into a global framework.
• Serve as the AMER interlock, translating global plans into regional execution.
• Collaborate with Content, Platforms, GTM, Keynotes, Product Marketing to align strategies.
• Partner with Integrated Demand Center to align regional strategy with demand generation and pipeline targets.
• Manage the regional events portfolio and budget with full P&L responsibility.
• Design measurement frameworks to track ROI and impact of events.
• Lead and develop a high-performing, mentored team with clear career plans.
