Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, statistics, economics, marketing, finance, math, or related field.
• 5+ years of full‑time work experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, or related areas.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with data‑driven recommendations.
• Solid understanding of marketing, pricing, and sales concepts.
• Experience managing multiple projects, including work plans, budgets, schedules, and client accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a client‑focused mindset.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to inform pricing and sales strategies and identify opportunities.
• Support project teams with presentations, financial models, and client workshops.
• Prepare compelling presentations and reports for clients.
• Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to business challenges.
• Engage in client meetings and workshops and participate in discussions.
• Participate in workshops to enhance consulting skills and knowledge of Simon‑Kucher methodologies.
• Lead and mentor junior team members to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Define roles and expectations within internal and client teams and manage performance.
