Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Own setup and ongoing management of products across E-Commerce accounts (Amazon, Zappos, other retailers).
  • Establish and maintain an organized process for account setup and management.
  • Create and maintain product listings with SKUs, attributes, pricing, descriptions, and required data.
  • Develop customer-facing content: titles, descriptions, bullets, features, specs, imagery.
  • Manage account catalogs for accuracy and consistency.
  • Audit websites to ensure listings are live and correctly categorized.
  • Identify and resolve catalog, pricing, and content issues with internal teams.
  • Provide prompt, high-quality service to E-Commerce customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with Sales to meet customer requirements and identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate daily with cross-functional teams to support account needs.
  • Monitor product seasonality and lifecycle for transitions and updates.
  • Support ongoing growth of the E-Commerce channel through process improvements.
  • Maintain knowledge of account requirements and marketplace standards for compliance.

ECOMM COORDINATOR
The E-Commerce / Pureplay Channel Coordinator supports the day-to-day management of key wholesale E-Commerce accounts such as Amazon, Zappos, and other online retail partners. This role is responsible for coordinating new product setup, maintaining accurate catalog and product content, auditing online listings, and ensuring products are properly presented and available for purchase.
The Coordinator works closely with Sales, Analytics, Product, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure wholesale account requirements are met and issues are resolved efficiently. The role also supports purchase order and pricing updates, monitors product life cycles and in-season opportunities, and helps identify ways to improve account processes and the overall wholesale E-Commerce consumer experience.
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication, follow-through, and the ability to effectively manage multiple wholesale account needs and deadlines.

What You’ll Do:
  • Own the setup and ongoing management of products across E-Commerce/Pureplay accounts, including Amazon, Zappos, and other key online retailers.
  • Establish and maintain an organized, efficient process for setting up and managing each E-Commerce account, ensuring products are accurately entered into account systems and ready for order.
  • Utilize Build Sheets and information from the Product Team to create and maintain accurate product listings, including SKUs, product attributes, pricing, descriptions, and other required account information.
  • Develop and provide customer-facing product content, including product titles, descriptions, bullet points, features, specifications, and product imagery, in accordance with account requirements and company standards.
  • Manage and maintain account catalogs, ensuring product information is accurate, complete, current, and consistent across E-Commerce platforms.
  • Audit E-Commerce websites regularly to ensure products are live, accurately represented, properly categorized, and presented according to company standards.
  • Identify and resolve catalog, product setup, pricing, content, and listing issues in a timely manner, partnering with account contacts and internal teams as needed.
  • Provide prompt, efficient, and high-quality service to E-Commerce customers and account partners.
  • Partner closely with Sales to ensure customer requirements are being met, address account needs, and identify opportunities to improve and grow the business.
  • Collaborate daily with Sales, Analytics, Marketing, Product, Customer Service, Operations, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure account and customer needs are effectively supported.
  • Monitor product seasonality and life cycles, supporting product transitions, assortment clean-up, and the timely removal or updating of products as appropriate.
  • Support the continued development and growth of the E-Commerce channel by identifying account opportunities, process improvements, and areas for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of individual account requirements, processes, and marketplace standards to ensure ongoing compliance and operational excellence.
  • Deliver an exceptional level of service and responsiveness while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience supporting E-Commerce accounts and marketplaces such as Amazon and Zappos preferred.
  • Experience from the footwear/fashion or related industry preferred.
  • Ability to deal with constant changes and quick turnaround times.
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Must possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Analytical, planning, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
