ECOMM COORDINATOR
The E-Commerce / Pureplay Channel Coordinator supports the day-to-day management of key wholesale E-Commerce accounts such as Amazon, Zappos, and other online retail partners. This role is responsible for coordinating new product setup, maintaining accurate catalog and product content, auditing online listings, and ensuring products are properly presented and available for purchase.
The Coordinator works closely with Sales, Analytics, Product, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure wholesale account requirements are met and issues are resolved efficiently. The role also supports purchase order and pricing updates, monitors product life cycles and in-season opportunities, and helps identify ways to improve account processes and the overall wholesale E-Commerce consumer experience.
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication, follow-through, and the ability to effectively manage multiple wholesale account needs and deadlines.
