Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Irving, Texas is seeking a senior leader to oversee Americas Corporate Actions and Product Reference Data, delivering complex services to internal and platinum clients and ensuring a seamless Corporate Action and Reference Data Service.

You will lead the NAM team, manage end-to-end processes, guide clients on elections, and collaborate globally on transformation initiatives while proactively managing risk and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in Banking/Finance or Funds Services.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and large programs.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills, including manager-of-managers experience.
• Proven ability to work in international, multi-cultural environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the NAM Corporate Actions and Product Reference Data team for the Funds business.
• Oversee sourcing, validating, and accounting for corporate action events within Fund valuations.
• Provide guidance to clients on upcoming corporate actions and elections.
• Collaborate with global partners to drive operating and technology transformation initiatives.
• Develop long-term plans and risk management strategies for the department.
