Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required (read/write/speak).
• Portuguese/Brazilian a plus and LATAM business culture familiarity preferred.
• 2+ years in a similar application/support/coordination role is expected.

Responsibilities

• Organize training seminars from A to Z at premises, customer site, or online.
• Coordinate calibration, show assistance, demos and premises visits with resources and timelines.
• Manage CRM data: Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Appointments, and follow-ups for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Application Engineers and cross-functional teams to align schedules and communications.
