Job summary

Focus Interpreting, a dedicated ASL interpretation team, seeks an American Sign Language interpreter to facilitate communication across medical, legal, educational, and social service settings. You will interpret spoken language into ASL and ASL into spoken language in real-time while maintaining confidentiality.

Applicants should be fluent in ASL and English, hold ASL interpretation credentials, understand Deaf culture, and perform accurately under pressure.

Qualifications

• Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Certification or qualifications in ASL interpretation

Focus Interpreting is seeking a dedicated American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreter to join our team. As an interpreter, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between deaf and hearing individuals by accurately interpreting spoken language into ASL and vice versa.
