Qualifications

• Own a truck with CDL and active MC#, ready to operate as an Owner-Operator.
• Proven experience as Owner-Operator with a track record.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and trucking best practices.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential.
• Self-motivated, reliable and ready to start immediately.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).

Responsibilities

• Partner with our freight dispatch service to maximize loads.
• Coordinate load assignments, broker communication, and route planning.
• Maintain compliance and timely settlements for dispatched freight.
