Job summary

American Logistics Authority in Paterson, NJ is seeking experienced Owner-Operators to partner with our freight dispatch service to grow their business and access high-paying loads.

You will receive load assignments, broker support, route planning, and flexible schedules with timely settlements. Prior ownership, CDL, MC# and DOT knowledge required; English fluency essential.

Qualifications

• Own a truck and hold a valid CDL.
• Must have an active MC#.
• Proven experience as an Owner-Operator.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and trucking industry best practices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and ready to work immediately.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).

Responsibilities

• Partner with our dispatch service to maximize loads.
• Coordinate with brokers and plan efficient routes.
• Ensure timely settlements and prompt payments.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and drivers.

We are a freight dispatch service looking for experienced Owner-Operators to partner with us and maximize their loads.
