The American Indian Coordinator will help eliminate achievement disparities and will lead the implementation of the district's American Indian Education Plan and state aid goals.

Salary/year: $76,237based on the 2026-2028 EPSS Employment Agreement (EPSS Level IV)
Hours Per Day: 8 hours a day
Days Per Week: 5 days
Days Per Year: 260 days
Vacation: 20 days a year
Holidays: 12 paid holidays each year
Life Insurance: Life insurance fully paid by the employer for an amount equal to twice the employee's annual salary
Long Term Disability Insurance: Long term disability fully paid by the employer.
Medical/hospitalization insurance available per EPSS agreement
District contribution up to $1,673.00 per month for family coverage
Dental Insurance: Dental insurance is fully paid by the employer for single or family coverage
Sick Leave: 14 days per year cumulative to 254 days
Tuition Reimbursement: 50% tuition for up to 9 credits per fiscal year for pre-approved coursework
