This dynamic, fast-paced role involves making impactful decisions for both the team and customers.

Pay Range: $15/hr - $17.25/hr

Job Description

The Opportunity: The Sales Department Clerk (Retail Associate) at AG Retail Orlando reports to the Sales Manager. We seek a personable individual capable of providing prompt, efficient, and exceptional sales assistance in a customer-focused environment.

What Your Impact Will Be:

• Greet and assist customers promptly; handle multiple customers effectively.
• Assess and fulfill customer needs through product knowledge, answering questions, upselling, and informing about product availability.
• Share store event, promotion, and activity information with customers.
• Process all point-of-sale transactions accurately and promptly.
• Resolve customer issues, suggest solutions, and turn returns into exchanges through product knowledge.
• Communicate customer and merchandise needs to management timely.
• Assist in achieving team and company goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales within retail or service industries preferred.
• Basic computer skills; experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, and weekends.
