The Team: The American Girl Retail team creates memorable experiences for fans and families, offering unique in-store activities like Girl and Doll Salons, restaurants, personal shopping, and parties. This role is dynamic and impactful, requiring quick decision-making.

Pay Range: $15/hr - $17.25/hr, based on experience

The Opportunity:

Located at our Orlando store, reporting to the Merchandising Operations Manager, the Merchandise Handler assists with daily operations, stocking, unloading trucks, and managing inventory.

Your Impact:

• Process incoming stock shipments safely and maintain stockroom standards.
• Pack and load trailers for returns and rework.
• Maintain and replenish stock on the sales floor.
• Support store operations, including floor moves and safety measures.
• Prioritize tasks flexibly to meet business needs.

Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year retail or service industry experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Friendly, approachable, and respectful, especially with children.
• Availability for open/close shifts, weekends, and holidays.
