A leading company in the toy industry seeks a Merchandise Handler Lead for their Los Angeles flagship store. This role involves managing back-of-house operations, supervising merchandise placement, and leading a dynamic team. The Team: The American Girl Retail team is dedicated to creating lifetime memories for fans and their families. Our experiential retail stores offer unique shopping experiences, including Girl and Doll Salons, Full-Service Restaurants, Personal Shopping, Ear Piercing (Girl and Doll), and Parties/Celebrations. This role is dynamic and fast-paced, allowing you to impact both the team and our customers.
The Opportunity: The Merchandise Handler Lead, based at the AG Los Angeles Retail Flagship, reports directly to the Merchandising Operations Manager. This role involves assisting in managing back-of-house operations and providing leadership to the department team.

Hourly Rate: The base hourly rate ranges from $19 to $22.80, depending on location, skills, and experience. Mattel offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.
