American Beauty, a Los Angeles steakhouse, is seeking a friendly Busser to support dining room operations. You will keep tables moving smoothly, assist servers, clear courses, and help maintain a pristine, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• At least one full year as a runner or experience in a contemporary, chef-driven, full-service restaurant.
• Commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience.
• Following standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation, knowledge of our menu and providing hospitable and accurate service.
• Address problems quickly and have a knack for anticipating guest and team member needs.
• Have a flexible schedule and open availability.

• Provide a great experience for guests by being organized, consistent, and efficient.
• Assist servers with table maintenance, clearing courses, and resetting tables to ensure smooth dining room operations.

American Beauty is a steakhouse with a menu that features beef, seafood, and seasonal market vegetables.Our horseshoe bar serves a range of local and small production spirits, craft cocktails, beers, and a wine list with over 200 selections.

We are looking fora Busser tojoinour team! The right candidate will be eager to provideagreatexperiencefor our guests, organized,consistent,and efficient.

The pay range for this role is:

30 - 35 USD per hour (American Beauty - The Grove)
