Job summary

Amerex in Trussville, AL seeks a UKG Pro Payroll & Workforce Management Administrator to oversee payroll, timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, and data integrity across the UKG Pro platform. You will configure earnings and deductions, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, audit data, generate reports, and train managers and employees on system use and self-service tools.

• Experience with payroll tax processing and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain UKG Pro (UltiPro) Payroll and Workforce Management modules.
• Process payroll accurately and ensure timely payroll completion.
• Monitor employee timecards, attendance records, leave balances, and scheduling data.
• Troubleshoot payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, and timeclock system-related issues.
• Assist in the configure earnings, deductions, accruals, pay rules, and labor allocations.
• Audit payroll and workforce data for accuracy and compliance.
• Generate payroll, labor, attendance, and management reports.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new functionality.
• Train managers and employees on UKG Pro functions and self-service tools.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Partner with HR, Benefits, Accounting and Operations teams to resolve employee-related issues.
• Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing and audits.
• Manage security roles, workflows, and user access permissions.

Overview

The UKG Pro (UltiPro) Payroll & Workforce Management Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of payroll, timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, and workforce management systems. This role ensures accurate payroll processing, system configuration, data integrity, compliance with company policies and labor regulations, and provides support to employees and managers regarding payroll and workforce management functions.
