Position Summary

The Amenity Manager will be the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring a positive experience and efficient operation of the community's amenities, specifically the gym and pool areas. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, managing guest interactions, and overseeing access control. The primary responsibility is to provide an adult presence to manage guest interactions, address issues, and uphold community guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to residents and guests at the gym and pool.
• Address and resolve guest concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner, escalating to the appropriate channels when necessary.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming environment.
• Manage access to the gym and pool, ensuring only authorized individuals have entry.
• Assist with the set-up or denial of access based on established guidelines and procedures.
• Community Guidelines and Enforcement:
• Enforce community rules and regulations related to amenity use.
• Monitor and address any violations of the rules, escalating more significant issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and guest interactions.
• Assist with any other administrative tasks as directed.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer service experience, preferably in a related field.
• Ability to understand and enforce community rules and regulations.
• Computer proficiency.
• Experience working with board and creating/managing budgets.
