Job summary

Lennar is seeking an Amenities Construction Manager to oversee clubhouse construction across communities, ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and quality standards. You will coordinate with design/engineering professionals, manage budgets, and ensure amenity programs align with the original concept.

Join a team focused on delivering high-quality projects while mentoring staff, scheduling trades, and maintaining safety on-site. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and GC licensure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years in commercial construction/land development management.
• GC license preferred.
• Excellent organization and time management required.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and contract design/engineering for amenity plans and permits.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to standardize design and budgets.
• Ensure amenities meet schedule and budget.
• Inspect work for code compliance and engineered plans.
• Plan and schedule amenity construction from start to finish.
• Maintain safety, records, and inspections on site.
• Lead and mentor team to achieve results and value.
