At a Glance

The AMD Results Manager will be responsible for management of assigned program, and the field operations.This position oversees all internal operations of a program and ultimately, plays a critical role in the responsibility for overall success of the program. Additionally, this position must be able to take strategic recommendations from the Associate and Client Service Director, and execute both on-time and on-budget to meet the goals of the client.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Project Management:

Establish and manage execution of scope of work including the following.

  • Develops and maintains timelines for time-sensitive reporting/key drive times
  • Creates weekly status reports (internal and external)
  • Reviews/Collaborates on - work from BDS shared services and outside vendors
  • Engages on weekly leadership and field team calls to ensure work is being executed as planned and KPIs are being met

Client Interface:

  • Acts as daily point of contact for program operational communications
  • Understands the strategic direction of the client and provides client suggestions/solutions in conjunction with the Client Service Director; evaluates program results and impact change
  • Collaborates with Client Service Director on meetings, presentations and documents

Field Operations Reporting:

  • Acts as owner of standardized reporting and operations of field team
  • Standardized Reporting & Operations
    • Team Scheduling
    • Call Form/Store List Maintenance
    • Training Event Coordination
    • Shipping Coordination
    • Internal Operational Reporting
    • Standard Activity Reporting: weekly/monthly
    • Daily Field Performance Reporting
    • Weekly Field Trending Reporting
    • PT Hours Tracking/Reporting
    • KPI and Internal Performance Reporting

Talent Management:

  • Communicates and manages KPI reporting, assists in advising on action plans
  • Collaborates with Account and Field leadership to provide feedback, insight, and making recommendations based on trends in performance
  • Serves as a liaison between bds corporate and the field team using all communication channels
  • Supports the learning and development of all team members; provides leadership, direction, motivation and feedback and other opportunities to enhance their skills

Develops a good working relationship and understanding of functional departments

Other tasks as requested by management

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of industry and agency experience
  • Ability to lead organizations and people
  • Proven track record of success in sales, business development, and client relations
  • Must have extensive understanding of client (energy conservation and management) category, BDS and the applicable industry environment
  • Knowledge and/or previous experience in scheduling and executing outreach programs is preferred
