Responsibilities:
The Level II Registered Nurse, under the direction of the Nurse Manager, is accountable for provision of competent direct patient care based on established standards. The Level II Registered Nurse contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level. The Level II Registered Nurse supports peers in the delivery of patient care services and assumes an expanded role which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.FT position, 4-10 hour shifts, primarily days, M-F; potential for one day per week from home.
The WCI outpatient clinic is seeking a highly motivated professional to join our telephone triage team. Prior oncology experience preferred; one year of acute care experience required.Responsibilities include: clinical assessment, symptom management, patient education, addressing critical lab values, care coordination, and collaborating with oncology/hematology provider teams.Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be autonomous in decision-making, and have excellent assessment skills. Position is located offsite at Corporate Woods and parking is free.
