Job summary

Henry Ford Health seeks a Nurse Coordinator (RN) to lead and coordinate vascular care programs. You will work under Nursing Leadership to develop, implement, and monitor care plans, ensuring collaboration with physicians and the broader care team for high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include educating patients and families, guiding a nursing team, and applying current clinical knowledge to craft effective care plans across the care continuum.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• 3-5 years of progressively responsible clinical nursing practice in vascular specialty.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Certification in vascular specialty (preferred).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS per HFHS policy.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, monitors and evaluates a vascular care program.
• Coordinates care across the continuum to facilitate quality outcomes.
• Collaborates with physicians, nurses, extenders, and staff to ensure optimum patient care and satisfaction.
• Provides education to patients and family regarding disease process.
• Trains and directs a nursing team in optimal patient care.
