Qualifications

• A Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing is required - BSN or ADN.
• Current Registered Nurse License State of Illinois.
• BLS provider certification required prior to hire.
• 1–2 years of previous clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and assessments, including vital signs and histories.
• Perform initial nurse triage and determine urgency of care.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other providers.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, meds, and lifestyle.
