Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• One year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license where practicing.

Responsibilities

• Answers patient inquiries over the telephone and assesses symptom severity.
• Guides patients to appropriate level of care and schedules appointments.
• Documents triage information in health record systems for follow-up care.
• Maintains and updates triage protocols and patient information.
• Responds to inquiries across multiple technologies and educates patients over calls.
