Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate a care plan for assigned patient(s).
• Administer medications safely and document care per policy.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team and ensure safety.
• Maintain unit standards and participate in quality improvement.
