Job summary

A regional healthcare provider is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide quality nursing care to surgical patients in the PACU. This role requires a graduate from an accredited nursing program and current RN licensure in Massachusetts, along with BLS and ACLS certification. The ideal candidate will utilize the nursing process for effective patient care, participate in quality audits, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The position is per diem with a pay range of $35.41 to $46.02 per hour.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Basic Life Support and ACLS Certification required.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes nursing process for surgical patients.
• Plans and delivers safe nursing care until discharge.
• Maintains clinical expertise and participates in audits.
• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team.
• Evaluates and monitors patient responses.
