Qualifications

• Current Texas nursing license or compact license.
• One year full time circulator experience in an acute care setting.
• RQI BLS, ACLS and PALS required.
• BLS Healthcare Provider course according to RQI program guidelines and all required ECC Healthcare Provider courses will be provided during orientation or transfer.
• Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
• Must be able to identify and competently address needs of populations served.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care in accordance with facility policies, standards and philosophy.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence standards at all times.
• Apply the Patient Centered Care foundation to nursing practice.
