Inova Oakville Surgery Center is seeking a Clinical Support Technician to join a fast-paced ambulatory surgery environment in Alexandria, VA. The CST provides direct patient care, supports the medical team, and helps prepare patients for procedures.

Responsibilities include assisting with pre-operative preparation, vital signs, IV insertions, post-anesthesia support, room turnover, and accurate documentation while maintaining patient safety and comfort.

Qualificações

• Minimum of one year of progressive experience as a Clinical Technician.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in an acute-care facility or ambulatory surgery center preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with pre-surgical preparations and patient comfort measures.
• AID in IV line insertions, vital signs, and patient positioning under supervision.
• Support post-operative recovery, mobility, hydration, dressing, and IV discontinuation as needed.
• Maintain sterile environment, clean rooms, and accurate documentation.
• Restock supplies and ensure equipment is ready for next cases.
