Job summary

Lexington Clinic is seeking a Surgical Services Supervisor to lead daily operating and administrative functions within the Ambulatory Surgery Center. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality patient care, staff accountability, and efficient use of resources to improve outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have an active RN license in Kentucky, a BSN preferred, and at least three years of supervisory experience in an ASC or operating room setting.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in this state as a registered nurse.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Three years' supervisory experience in an ambulatory surgery center or an operating room in an acute care hospital.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• ACLS certification preferred within 6 months of date of hire.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Knowledge of personal computers.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operating and administrative functions in a Surgical Services setting.
• Oversee daily operations by managing resources and staff scheduling for efficient patient flow.
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia personnel, and nursing leaders to provide optimal patient care.
• Develop and administer policies and guidelines across all ASC departments.
