Providence Health & Services is seeking a Surgical Technician in Richland, WA, responsible for patient care during surgical procedures. You'll coordinate care with other team members and advocate for patient rights.
The successful candidate will have a nursing degree, Washington RN license, BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience. Competitive benefits and compensation range from $41.56 to $64.52 per hour.
Under the direction of the ASC Manager, the Surgical Technician has direct responsibility and accountability for the care of the patient during the intraoperative phase of surgery and endoscopic procedures. Utilizes the nursing process to provide comprehensive nursing care for the peri‑operative phase; coordinates total patient care in collaboration with other health care team members; functions as a patient advocate utilizing the patient’s rights; demonstrates professional growth and development by accepting responsibility and accountability for one’s nursing practice; serves as a liaison between physicians, staff, patients, and their families to facilitate safe and effective flow of patient care in a manner consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Kadlec Regional Medical Center; and assists in providing direction to support staff.

Pay Range: $41.56 – $64.52 per hour. The amount is based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors. Additional compensation may be available for this role.
