NYU Langone Health seeks a Nurse Manager for the Ambulatory Surgery Center in Manhasset, NY, to provide clinical leadership and drive staff development in alignment with NYU Langone Health’s mission.

You will collaborate with inter-professional teams to ensure excellence in quality and patient experience, foster inclusive work environments, supervise leadership, and help establish strategic financial plans while monitoring staffing and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing required.
• At least three years of clinical practice.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred (1–2 years).
