United Surgical Partners International, the country's largest ASC platform, is seeking a Surgery Center Administrator for Westminster Surgery Center located in Westminster, MD. The Administrator will oversee daily operations, financial performance, quality initiatives, and physician relationships.

Ideal candidate has ASC or hospital surgical leadership with ASC exposure; minimum three years in senior healthcare management; team collaboration with physicians and staff; Bachelor's degree required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years senior administrative or healthcare management experience.
• Experience with budgets and financial goals in a healthcare leadership role.
• Experience working with physicians and clinical leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily facility operations and administrative functions.
• Liaise between Governing Board, Medical Staff, and USPI Home Office.
• Ensure regulatory, accreditation, quality, and safety standards.
• Develop and manage operating, staffing, and capital budgets.
• Monitor financial performance and operational risks.
• Oversee staffing and workforce planning.
• Support physician relationships and credentialing processes.
• Manage vendor and contracts with physicians.
• Support quality improvement and patient experience initiatives.
• Participate in facility performance reporting and reviews.
• Identify opportunities for service line development and operational improvement.
