Job summary

CommUnityCare and Central Health System seeks a Sr. Director of Ambulatory Strategy & Policy to guide the ambulatory health system strategy, policy development, and market intelligence.

You will align clinical, operational, financial, and community perspectives to drive strategic growth and value across health centers. You will lead executive engagements, develop decision frameworks, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations for the Deputy CEO and Chief Strategy Officer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in health administration or related field.
• Master's Degree strongly preferred in related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare strategy, ambulatory care, policy, or related area required.

Responsibilities

• Lead system ambulatory strategy using a disciplined strategic framework.
• Identify where CommUnityCare should invest, grow, partner, and innovate to improve access, quality, equity, and long-term sustainability.
• Facilitate executive and board strategic planning discussions and translate priorities into measurable action plans.
• Monitor strategic plan progress and recommend course corrections.
• Develop and advance organizational policy and advocacy priorities in partnership with leadership and stakeholders.
• Prepare leaders for engagement with governing boards, policymakers, and strategic partners.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration/Healthcare Management, Public Health, Public Policy/Public Affairs, Business Administration, Economics, Political Science/Government, Health Policy, or related field

Master's Degree in MHA, MPH, MBA, MPP, or related discipline
