Job summary

Join Main Line HealthCare’s Ambulatory primary care team in Collegeville, PA as an Ambulatory Registered Nurse. The role focuses on compassionate care, care coordination, and clear communication with patients and providers.

Schedule: Days, 40 hours per week, no weekends or holidays. Monday–Thursday 8 a.m.–5 p.m. with Wednesday work-from-home; Friday 8:30 a.m.–3 p.m. Flexible coverage as needed. Benefits include PTO and parking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical nursing and/or primary care office experience with strong telephone triage skills.
• Experience managing medication refills and understanding insurance information.
• Graduate of an ASN or BSN nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide ambulatory nursing care and coordinate patient care in a primary care setting.
• Manage medication refills and communicate with patients about treatment plans.
• Triage telephone calls and direct patients to appropriate care resources.

Position:

Registered Nurse (RN) – Ambulatory

Shift:

Days, 40 hours per week; no weekends or holidays.

Schedule:

Monday–Thursday: 8 a.m.–5 p.m.(Work from home on Wednesdays). Friday: 8:30 a.m.–3 p.m.

Experience:

Preferred experience and skills:

• 3 plus years of clinical nursing and/or primary care office experience, with strong telephone triage skills.
• Experience managing medication refills, plus knowledge of insurance information.

Education:

Graduate of an accredited ASN or BSN nursing program.

Licensures/Certifications:

• Current Pennsylvania RN license.
• Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
