Job summary

Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Other advanced life support may be required per unit policies.
• May assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
• Awareness of legal implications of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care through management of communications and nursing assessments.
• Oversee cast-related care coordination and provider collaboration.
• Conduct clinical follow-up and act as a resource for patients and staff.
